Understand problems in a people-centred way before generating solutions. Problem Statements are structured ways to help frame up problems from our target audience's perspective (whether that's a consumer or a client). Use this activity to ensure that the team is being empathetic to your target audience so you can build solutions that address their needs.
It can be done in solo or in groups of 2-10, or 10+ with a time spent of 30 to 60 minutes.
